My journey
Over the years I have worked across banking, entrepreneurship and technology. The common thread is translating complexity into something a team can act on with confidence.
I care about what analysis helps someone decide. Good analysis makes its assumptions visible, connects evidence with commercial reality and remains useful when the decision is difficult.

Building and reshaping my own company taught me to see where value was created and margins were lost. I used customer behaviour, margin data and operational effort to redesign how we served retail and corporate customers and build systems that supported growth.
At an early-stage technology startup, testing showed that AI-generated humour lacked the context needed to feel natural. I helped redirect the work towards a conversational voice experience with clearer value for users.
